I had an excellent experience with Dr. Horowitz and his team. From my first phone call, Julie was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient while assisting me with insurance questions and paperwork. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. When I arrived, Nicole made me feel comfortable right away and clearly explained what to expect. Dr. Horowitz was professional, reassuring, and took the time to explain the procedure. I was nervous beforehand, but I couldn’t believe how quick and pain-free the extraction was. The aftercare instructions were explained clearly, and by day two, I’m already feeling great. I highly recommend Dr. Horowitz and his staff for their professionalism, efficiency, and compassionate care.

Their customer service is above and beyond. I was kindly greeted on the phone, and they were able to find me an appointment right away, exactly at the time I needed and could come. My visit at the practice was very pleasant, dr Horowitz was kind, personable and very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns and explained everything to me with clarity and patience. Finding an appointment for the extraction was a breeze, as well as their work with my insurance to get me the best deal. Everything was smooth and I am very pleased and satisfied with their service.

I had a seamless experience at NYOMIS Oral Surgery. From the moment I arrived, I was taken directly to the consultation room with zero wait time. The staff was friendly and communicative, which made the process very easy. Dr. Andrew Horowitz was a pleasure to work with, he is remarkably knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. The appointment was efficient, and most importantly, they accepted my insurance without any issues. Highly recommend!

I had wisdom removal surgery here with Dr. Horowitz and he was fantastic. They did panoramic xrays and he was thorough with reviewing my history and gave me good recommendations prior to surgery on what type of anesthesia to use. I am so glad I listened to him and his recommendations rather than deciding for myself. His surgical reocmmendations also aligned with what I felt needed to be done, he had a very professional opinion and wasnt quick with wanting to remove teeth that wasnt necessary. He had the best recommendations of several doctors I’ve seen. The surgical team (I remember Nicole, she was amazing!) was so efficient working with him, the entire procedure door to door was 30 mintues total! The procedure room as well as the entire office was so clean and up to date too. They were thorough with discharge instructions and the surgical team answered all my questions prior to the procedure, as well I had some issues in the beginning with my insurance and Paula handled it for me and squared everything away! Everyone was lovely! Julie at the front desk was also so lovely when I first walked in and when I left! The entire team was wonderful and I am confident I would come back her

Dr. Horowitz is a miracle surgeon! I’ve been to him for tooth removal, and implant placement at least 3 times, and he’s always completed my surgeries amazingly. He’s clean, professional, gentle and I have never been disappointed with the outcomes. He is definitely skilled in his profession, and takes a personal interest in bringing relief to his patients that are suffering with tooth problems. He is very compassionate and caring before, during and after every procedure, and makes sure you leave his office with great results. . Both my children have also used him to extract wisdom teeth, and were so happy and relieved with the outcomes. They told me that they would never consider another surgeon, because he does an amazing job. I’d also like to mention his wonderful professional staff, as well. They are very friendly and professional when scheduling appointments, checking you in on the day of surgery, and providing you with everything you need for a speedy recovery. Thanks to the entire team at Nyomis for all you’ve done for me, and my family. I will highly recommend you to any and everyone I know.
